Founder & Lead Advisor
After 26 years of military service, Dean Nemecek founded Veteran Bridge Solutions with a straightforward mission: close the gap between the military talent pipeline and the organizations that need it most.
Dean has seen both sides. He knows what it takes to lead under pressure, and he knows how hard the transition to civilian life can be. That firsthand experience is what sets VBS apart — it's not consulting from a distance, it's guidance from someone who's been there.
Armed with an MBA focused on Human Resources and a Master's in National Security, Dean brings both the strategic framework and the personal connection that make VBS programs work — for employers building stronger teams, and for veterans finding their footing in the civilian world.
Dean is currently working towards his Doctor of Education (EdD), with research focused on how organizations systematically fail to recognize and deploy human capability developed outside their own systems. Veterans are the anchor population of that research — and the findings are already shaping how VBS designs its programs. The work isn't just academic. It's applied every day.
Dean is the soon-to-be author of Frontline Leadership: How Grit, Trust, and Human Leadership Will Rebuild the American Workforce — a tactical field guide for the supervisors, production leads, and team managers that most leadership books ignore. Built on 26 years of military service and real-world private sector experience, the book is currently in the publishing process. More details coming soon.
