Dean Nemecek helps employers connect recruiting capacity, military talent and frontline leadership to the work their organizations need to do.
His experience spans military service and private-sector workforce programs. While employed at Clarios, Dean built the company's military and veteran hiring program. That employee experience informs VBS's approach to program ownership, manager readiness, onboarding and retention.
Through VBS, employers can add fractional recruiting support, build military hiring pathways and develop the leaders who keep teams moving. At Cardinal IG in Tomah, Wisconsin, team leaders, supervisors and senior managers trained on a shared curriculum tailored to each level and the pace of the plant.
Dean is the author of the forthcoming Ground Truth: The Frontline Leadership System for the American Workforce. The book connects leadership principles to everyday expectations, coaching and follow-through.
